We are delighted to welcome you to Kalamitsi Studios, where comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment are our highest priorities. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain the tranquil atmosphere that defines our studios, we kindly ask you to observe a few house rules during your visit. These guidelines are designed to provide a harmonious environment for everyone, respecting both the facilities and our surrounding natural beauty.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to make Kalamitsi Studios a memorable and enjoyable experience for you and your fellow guests. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our friendly staff is always available to help. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in: 01:00 pm

  • You’ll need to let us know in advance what time you’ll arrive.

Check-out: Until 10:30 am

Booking Changes Without Notice

  • The capacity of each room is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in the booking. We do not allow any additional guests beyond the room's stated capacity, including infants or small children.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival and receive your 30% refund. If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival or after that time, your 30% payment will not be refunded. If you do not arrive for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount.

Prepayment

  • You will pay the property in the property’s local currency (€)

Children and beds

  • Children of any age are welcome.
  • To get accurate prices and occupancy details, please include the number of children and their age in your booking.
  • There is availability for cots at this property after request.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Age restriction

  • To book and check in, guests must be at above 18 years old.

Payments

  • This property accepts cash, Credit/Debit cards, BACS, Paypal and Revolut payments.

Parties

  • Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours

  • Guests must be quiet between 02:00pm to 05:00pm and 11:00pm to 08:30am.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The fine print

  • After the booking, a 30% of the total amount is required.
  • The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
  • Please inform Kalamitsi Studios in advance of your expected arrival time.
  • You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
